Maximum momentum
The revised nylon-blend Speedboard is sandwiched between the Helion™ dual-density super foam midsole for softer landings and better impact absorption. More energy return, forward momentum and powerful take-offs for an irresistible road ride.

More sustainable stride
On has increased recycled content with a mesh upper made with 100% recycled polyester. And by using more sustainable materials and processes, the total recycled content is at 24%.

Cushioning
The level of cushioning in a shoe affects the feeling you get when your foot rests on the ground. More cushioning means less impact and more comfort. Less cushioning means a faster, more responsive running experience.

Drop 6 mm
Drop is the difference in height between the heel and the forefoot. When a shoe has a drop of 7 mm, it means that the heel is 7 mm higher than the forefoot. Shoes with a low drop tend to shift the load to the ankles and are generally better suited for those with a neutral style or those who run on the forefoot. Shoes with a high drop tend to shift the load to the knees and hips and are usually best suited for those who run on their heels.
