ordered on 24 hr delivery 30 December. They tell me shipment is in UK but DHL tracking shows them in Italy. Thinking I've been scammed

I'm very happy that Runkd offers a good selection of Topo shoes. My shoes arrived in excellent condition.
Runkd offers several shipping options. Next time I choose an international operator like DHL or FedEx because my shipment was handled by Poste Italiane which was very slow (3 weeks) and didn't send a tracking code. However, I used the contact form on the Runkd site and they replied to my query within a day and provided the tracking code.

I recently received my order and was extremely disappointed to discover, on opening the box, that both of the trainers were for the same foot and both were of different sizes! I sent a message two weeks ago about this and still haven’t received a reply. I have just submitted another message today... Clearly whoever was supposed to be undertaking quality control was having a very bad day. Now the problem is mine.

I actually feel really annoyed that I was deceived in to purchasing from your site. A website with a .co.uk website I had assumed was an English firm and that my item would be received quickly. Not that my item would be coming from Italy. Totally unfair and deceiving especially if I need to return the item ..... as the costs will be far higher.
