Novablast 4: Add bounce to every step

It's no surprise that it's the preferred training shoe among athletes. The shoe's FF BLAST™ ECO PLUS foam creates a softer, more energised running experience and provides extra bounce thanks to its trampoline-inspired outsole. Its unique design and fit and higher midsole will give you added energy return during your run. This shoe is designed with energy return in mind, and Asics has spent hours testing it at our Institute of Sports Science (ISS) in Japan. The NOVABLAST™ 4 running shoe includes additional technical features to support you during your runs.

Energized cushioning
Energetic FF Blast Plus Eco cushioning adds more bounce with a lower carbon footprint. Made from approximately 20% bio-based content using renewable sources.

Plush fit
A breathable woven upper combines with a padded mesh tongue to deliver a plush, comfortable fit.

Energized Outsole
A trampoline-inspired outsole with added grip generates maximum bounce with every step.
